Luisa Nicholson Solicitor is joining WBW Solicitors
WBW Solicitors is pleased to announce that it will merge with Brixham-based Luisa Nicholson Solicitor from 1 October 2026, further strengthening the firm’s presence in South Devon and expanding its Private Client offering.
Luisa Nicholson is a sole practitioner specialising in Private Client work and is also an Assistant Coroner. As part of the merger, Luisa will join WBW Solicitors as a Partner.
The new firm will be called WBW Solicitors LLP incorporating Luisa Nicholson Solicitor.
For the first three months following the merger, Luisa will be based at WBW Solicitors’ Newton Abbot office before joining the firm’s Brixham team.
The merger represents an important opportunity for WBW’s Brixham office to build on its existing presence in the town and surrounding area. It will also provide Luisa Nicholson Solicitor’s clients with access to the wider range of legal services and expertise available across WBW Solicitors.

The merger will take effect from 1 October 2026.
