Torbay’s Jobs Fair is a free annual event for businesses and job-seekers, delivered by Torbay Council.
The FREE Jobs Fair is open to all businesses across Torbay who have real live vacancies and apprenticeships to fill at the time of the event; and is the perfect opportunity to recruit face to face and talk directly with potential candidates regarding any live vacancies available.
The fair features a ‘quiet time’ to support Disability Confident which is being managed by the Job Centre Plus Team (JCP) at 9 am to 9:30 am and doors will then open to the public at 9:30 am.

The Jobs Fair is a free event for Torbay businesses and candidates, delivered by Torbay Council in partnership with JobCentre Plus.
All businesses recruiting must have real live vacancies/apprenticeships at the Jobs Fair or have them available in the few months after this event.
All businesses will be provided with event setup information and will be required to provide job information in advance of the event.
All businesses are required to provide evaluation feedback and job outputs to measure the success of the event – both on the day and c. 6-8 weeks afterward to track any recruitment successes. This evidence will support the delivery of future events.
*No self-employment schemes* – This support will be provided by Torbay Council and JobCentre Plus.
Job seeker candidates do not need to register for this event.

This free event, delivered by TDA in partnership with Torbay Council and Jobcentre Plus, provides jobseekers with the opportunity to meet face-to-face with local employers and apply for live vacancies.

Following the success of the Jobs Fair in March where 700 + candidates and 60 businesses attended, the TDA are pleased to confirm the return of the free event on Friday 27th September 2019 which will be supporting the Disability Confident Scheme.
The Jobs Fair gives you the face to face opportunity to recruit permanent, temporary and apprenticeship staff, across many sectors.
The FREE Jobs Fair is open to all businesses across Torbay and South Devon who have real live vacancies to fill at the time of the event, (or in the period afterwards).
JOB SEEKERS/ CANDIDATES – no need to book, just turn up and bring your CV!
Following the success of the Jobs Fair in March, where 55 businesses took space and over 700 job seekers attended, this free event returns to the Town Hall in Torquay on Friday 5th October.

The South Devon Jobs Fair is returning on Friday 17th March from 9.30am-1pm at Torquay Town Hall Assembly Rooms.
