There are proposals to move the Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention procedure from Torbay to Exeter.  This is a life saving emergency treatment for a heart attack when a blocked artery needs to be quickly opened.  Moving the procedure 24 miles away when time is the essence, will lead to dangerous delays in emergency care.
