Neighbourhood Plan consultation

Brixham Town Council is undertaking a Regulation 14 Pre-Submission Consultation on the draft Brixham Neighbourhood Plan and would welcome comments.

The consultation will run for six weeks from Monday 22 June 2026 to Sunday 02 August 2026.

The Neighbourhood Plan will help shape future development within the Parish of Brixham up to 2035. The draft Plan, a summary document, supporting evidence documents, and consultation response form can be viewed and downloaded from: https://www.brixhamtowncouncil.gov.uk/the-council/neighbourhood-plan/brixham-neighbourhood-plan/

To ensure that all representations are accurately recorded and considered consistently, comments must be submitted in writing.

All comments received during the consultation period will be considered before the Plan is finalised. A summary of representations and the Council’s response will be published as part of the Consultation Statement accompanying the submitted Neighbourhood Plan.
